My Method

You are unique

Everyone has their history, their habits, their life style. That's why each appointment is tailored: they are about you and your goals. I am here to provide you with the dietary recommendations and adaptations you need to help you reach your new version of you.


1. Getting to know one another (at the office or in the comfort of your own home)

Our first appointment lasts between 60 and 75 minutes. It's the perfect time for me to get to know all about you. By gaining insight into your past and current dietary habits, we can set the foundations and guidelines that will help you reach your short- and long-term goals.


2. Follow ups (at the office, online or in the comfort of your own home)

Follow-up visits lasting between 30 to 45 minutes every 2 to 3 weeks depending on the steps that have been set up.


My aim is to provide you with specific advice developed according to your progress, your wins, and the potential difficulties you encounter. These visits are dedicated sessions that help you implement the changes you need and receive the support and accountability you seek to reach your goals. 


3. Accountability

I'm with you every step of the way! 


Between visits, you'll be able to contact me via WhatsApp or E-mail should you have any questions or doubts between consultations.


4. Finding balance

Working with me is not a fad diet. It won't be over in 75 days. Together we set short-, medium-, and long-term goals that will help you create the new life-long lifestyle you are looking for and allow you to find enjoyment and balance with your nutrition.
